This page explains what Spoken Exam collects and how it is used. It will be updated as the product grows.

What we collect

  • Account email addresses.
  • Files or notes you upload, the exams we create, questions, answer keys, and reports.
  • Answer audio, transcripts, and feedback from people who take an exam.
  • Basic app data such as request logs, browser details, and error logs needed to keep the service running.

How we use it

  • We use your content to create exams, transcribe answers, score answers, and show reports.
  • We also use app data to prevent abuse, fix issues, and improve the product.

Service providers

  • Spoken Exam uses vendors such as Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, and Deepgram to host the app, store data, generate content, transcribe audio, and create reports.
  • These providers process data only as needed to run the app and AI features.

What not to upload

  • Do not upload private records, patient information, trade secrets, or anything you are not allowed to share.
  • Spoken Exam is for simple exam creation, not sensitive record processing.
