Data deletion

Spoken Exam does not yet have self-serve deletion controls. For now, we handle deletion requests manually.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@spokenexam.com from the email address used for your account. Include the exam link or report link if your request is about a specific exam.

What we can delete

Accounts
Uploaded files and pasted notes
Generated exams and answer keys
Answer audio
Transcripts, scores, and reports

Requests from people taking exams

If you took a shared exam, send the report link or exam link. The person who shared the exam should tell you that your spoken answers may be stored and used to produce a report.
